Allyson Felix
Allyson Nicole Felix was born November 18 on the 18th of November in Los Angeles. Paul Felix, her father was an ordained minister in the Master's Seminary Sun Valley. Marlean Felix worked at Balboa Magnet elementary school. Felix was able to show an early interest in sports as she was taking classes at Los Angeles Baptist High School. Her sprinting talent at that time. In just 10 weeks following her first trial, she was third in the 200-meter race during the U.S. Indoor Track and Field Championship. In 2003, Felix finished high school and signed a professional deal with the sports organization Adidas after which she enrolled in the University of Southern California where she studied elementary school. Felix took home her first Olympic medal in 2004 at the Summer Olympics held at Athens Greece. Felix set the Junior World Record sprinting 200 meters in 22.18 seconds. As of 2005, she was the youngest World Champion in the 200m in the Helsinki World Championships. She won the title again in 2007 by surpassing her long-time Jamaican adversary Veronica Campbell. Felix took part in her first Olympics in Beijing London Rio de Janeiro as well as Tokyo regularly placing in the top three of her competitions.
